4. Media Storage and Deletion

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Salpconnect stores user-uploaded, generated, edited, or processed media for 30 days. After 30 days, user media will be automatically deleted from our servers.

This may include uploaded images, uploaded videos, generated images, generated videos, media edits, processed files, temporary files, export files, preview files, and related project media.

You are responsible for downloading, exporting, saving, or backing up any media you want to keep before the 30-day deletion period expires. After media is deleted, it may no longer be recoverable.

If you want Salpconnect to keep your media on our servers for longer than 30 days, contact sales@salpconnect.com before the deletion period expires. Extended storage may be subject to additional terms, pricing, storage limits, technical requirements, or a separate agreement.

5. No Permanent Media Storage by Default

Salpconnect is not intended to be a permanent storage or backup service unless we have entered into a separate written agreement with you.

You should keep your own copies of important media, campaign files, generated outputs, and project assets. We are not responsible for loss of media after the 30-day retention period or where deletion occurs according to this Privacy Policy, the Terms and Conditions, user action, account closure, or applicable law.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Salpconnect may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember preferences, secure the platform, analyze usage, improve performance, understand user behavior, provide customer support, support marketing where applicable, and measure campaigns or conversions.
